We express generosity in many ways. I was made aware of this when I read about different modes of giving in a church newsletter from Trinity Church, Wall Street, in New York City. There are four concepts of giving: charity, philanthropy, fund-raising and stewardship.

Holy Week Schedule

Palm Sunday, April 14: Bishop Whayne Hougland will join us for the Palm Sunday Liturgy beginning at 10:30. Join us to welcome our Bishop at the liturgy and the reception following.

Monday, April 15: Stations of the Cross, 6:00

Tuesday, April 16: Eucharist. 6:00, chapel

Wednesday, April 17: Stations of the Cross, 5:45 at Saint Gregory’s.

Maundy Thursday, April 18: Bible study, 10:30.
Midday prayer, with sacrament of Anointing and prayers for healing. Communion from Reserved Sacrament, 12:00 noon.
Eucharist, foot washing, stripping of the Altar: 6:00 church Overnight. Night watch prayer in Chapel.

Good Friday. April 19: Liturgy at noon. Stations at 2:00 Church open for prayer until 3:00

Saturday April 20: The Great Vigil: 8:30pm

Easter April 21: Eucharist 8:00 and 10:30
