We express generosity in many ways. I was made aware of this when I read about different modes of giving in a church newsletter from Trinity Church, Wall Street, in New York City. There are four concepts of giving: charity, philanthropy, fund-raising and stewardship.

The Great Vigil of Easter Confirmation Service

St. Paul’s has the honor of hosting the next Diocesan Confirmation service Saturday evening, March 31. Various churches around the Diocese host this quarterly service and it’s our turn!

Classes for those wishing to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church as well as those who would like to re-affirm their baptismal/confirmation vows, will begin on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 6-8 pm.  Please sign up on the form on the Welcome Table. Our priest Elsa (revelsap@gmail.com), Judy Fleener (fleenerj@gmail.com) and Eileen Stoffan (ebstoffan@gmail.com) will be the instructors again this year. Talk with them if you have questions.

The classes will be held Feb. 21, Feb. 28, March 7, March 14, March 21, and March 28.
