We express generosity in many ways. I was made aware of this when I read about different modes of giving in a church newsletter from Trinity Church, Wall Street, in New York City. There are four concepts of giving: charity, philanthropy, fund-raising and stewardship.

Feeding the Soul of the City – Early Music Consort

Led by Calvin Stapert, professor emeritus at Calvin College, this ensemble will perform music of Advent/winter along with some Christmas pieces from medieval and Renaissance times on rare period instruments (crumhorn, viola de gamba, recorder).
